App guide
Export history
Find files and understand run and delivery status.
Find a run
Open Reports → Export History. Use report search and status filters, then Search all history for older retained records. Previous and Next move through the returned pages. Recent history also has its own numbered pages.
Separate run and delivery status
Completed means report generation finished. Delivery not requested, skipped-empty, accepted, failed or uncertain describe the separate delivery step.
Review the contents
Check row count, dates, source and warnings. A completed empty report can be valid; an unavailable source or permission is a different outcome and must not be reported as zero activity.
Download while available
Use Download on a completed retained export. Access requires the matching authenticated Shopify store. Files have a retention period; an older history entry may no longer have a downloadable file.
Send or retry deliberately
The Email action uses default recipients from Settings → General. For uncertain delivery, check the inbox or destination first; the app avoids blindly repeating a send that might already have succeeded.
Share a fixed export with approved recipients
In Recipient-verified sharing, choose a completed retained snapshot, enter up to five approved email addresses, set its expiry and choose whether to allow downloading the original file. Create the share, then copy the one-time-displayed link and send it privately yourself. Creating the link does not send an invitation email or start a recurring report.
Verify and revoke sharing access
A recipient opens the link and requests a verification code for an approved email address. After entering that code, they can view only that fixed snapshot while access remains valid. Manage shares and recent access shows status and access records; use Revoke share to stop further access.
